Spun Cotton Pink Bunny

A pink bunny with a tiny basket! The bunny figure is created with cotton roving spun over a wire armature. The color and features are created using acrylic and various washes.
The little bunny holds a vintage woven miniature basket with Easter grass and a golden egg. A delicate wire bow embellishes the basket handle. Bunny has a linen thread collar with tiny gold bell. The figure is mounted to a mossy base trimmed in velvet ribbon, Dresden foil buttons, and vintage florals.
