Humming Bird and Nest tie on ornament A

A tiny humming bird mama and her eggs.

This is a spun cotton ornament created of roving wound on a wire armature. The color is added with acrylics and various washes. The tiny eyes are glass and the lichen is real. The feathers are from parakeets that naturally shed their feathers.

This ornament comes on a cotton pipe stem. The stem is wrapped once or twice around a feather tree branch to secure the ornament. You can clip the rest of the stem as desired.
